Today is New Year's Eve--Whatever That Means!

Not long ago, when Daddy was at the end of his wits, he put me into "prison" by blocking the doorway with a chair. Well, today, I've found that playing under the chair is pretty fun!

Since I'm under the chair, I'd might as well play with something! I've found one of my cereal bowls. Now, how did that get under my chair? Hmmm...

It won't be long and I'll be heading to bed. It's almost 7:00 PM and my Mommy tells me that tomorrow is a new year. However, my parents are really hoping that I don't see the new year until at least 6:30-7:00 AM in the morning!

Doesn't sound late to you? Well, around our house these days, that is almost midday!

I'm learning a new trick. Peanut learned a long time ago how to play dead. I'm hoping Daddy will give me treats like he does Peanut when she plays dead.

By the way, I hope you like my PJs. My Nene gave me these for Christmas. She said they reminded her of me--after all, they have monkeys all over them!

Me and Daddy

Just us Heartsill men, enjoying a quiet moment together.

More with the Fam

Who smiles bigger? Me or Ashley?

Now, Nene thinks I am Santa!

Austin doing what Austin does best--eats.

Connor must think it's cold.

The cousins tried to be really cute. They gave Daddy a Tennessee football helmet--an old-timey one, like they wore the last time they had a winning season.

More and More Family

On the day after Christmas, I went to visit my aunt and uncle and my cousins.

Here's my Cousin Ashley

This is my Cousin Austin

Here are my Uncle Troy and Aunt Lora. I'm still not sure what Uncle Troy was trying to do.

And, last but not least, here's my Cousin Conner. He thinks he's Santa Claus!

More Christmas Pictures

Here I am with my Daddy on Christmas day. I am so lucky! I got to spend a lot of time with family during the Christmas holiday.

Aren't I cute in my Christmas outfit?

Daddy almost deleted this picture, but then he realized that this picture shows me at my best! I am grinning and moving. Two things I do better than anything else!

Finally, I'm fairly still. Glad the picture could catch up with me.

When all else fails, Mommy and Daddy put me in jail, I mean my play pen. Can someone help me get out?

Christmas with Nene and Pape

After opening presents at home, I went to see my Nene and Pape. I had more fun and opened even more presents! Because I'm so sweet, I even let my grandparents open some presents to them.

Here I am with a new music machine. My parents will love listening to this for hours and hours.

My First Christmas Morning

This is my first Christmas morning! I could hardly wait to get up and touch all the packages that I couldn't touch before!

While I look guilty here, I'm really not. I think I am just shocked that I got to touch and open the presents!

There's really no need to see me at this point. Here I am licking one of my presents. Not sure why I do that, but I do.

My Mommy bought me a toy telephone. I'm trying to call my grandparents.

Why isn't anyone answering the phone?

And, oh, I get to open a stocking as well!

My Grandparents Love to Hold Me!

My grandparents love to hold me. Can you blame them?

Here I am with Granny. She'd better hold on tight.

I like to make Granny smile!

Grandaddy has me surrounded with his arms!

I Am So Lucky!

My Aunt Rebecca must know that I love to read! Here I am with my new book. I know it will be fun to read!

I now have a pony! And, I don't think I will have to feed it, clean it, walk it, or put a blanket on it. I think I just play with it!

Christmas at Grannys was Fun!

Christmas at Grannys also meant opening presents!

Here I am playing with a ball from my Great Aunt Rebecca!

This ball is really fun!

My Uncle Ricky also gave me a really cool talking dog!

I hope Peanut likes my new dog!

Christmas Lunch at Grannys and Granddaddys

Today, my Mommy and Daddy went to my Grannys and Granddaddy's.

Boy, did we have fun!

And, Granny even bought me my own high chair so I would have a place to eat.

As you can tell, I'm enjoying my lunch.

So much for keeping my new bib clean!

I'm So Ready for Christmas

My Daddy's two favorite presents!

I think my Mommy wants to know what's under the tree as much as I do! If we smile enough, maybe Daddy will let us open something!

Presents, Presents, Presents--Everywhere!

Over the last couple of weeks, here's been my entire goal in life. Just look at the photo and notice the progression...

Innocent...sweet...not into anything...

"Look everyone! There are presents behind me!"

"I think I'll take this one!"

Santa's Little Helper

Christmas Day is only 4 days away!

I am so excited!

I've even pulled out my reindeer pajamas so that Santa will remember where I live. After all, I wasn't even here last year!

Daddy's asking me if I have be nice or naughty this year. I'll never tell.

Maybe what I need most for Christmas is a new hairbrush!

My Room

I've been showing pictures of how my house is decorated. Now, I've finally gotten around to showing you a few pictures of my room.

Here I am sitting in a baseball glove chair that my Aunt Lora gave me last year for Christmas.
Before you say anything, I know I having a bad hair afternoon. It did look much better earlier, for our Christmas party, but now it's just Mommy, Daddy, Peanut, and me...so who cares?
Here I am sitting in front of my very own Christmas tree!
How do you like my blue vest? And, what about the snowman head beside me?
And, here is my tree. It is filled with baseballs, baseball players, and other things made just for a little boy (well, they were actually my Daddy's before mine--I guess they fit a big boy as well!)
