A Busy Saturday

Today, Evan was invited to a birthday party of a friend.

Evan loves slides.

 

But, I think you can tell that.

 

Evan had a great time with his friends.

 

And, opening presents.

 

Evan loves icing.

 

Then, Evan dressed for our church’s Trunk or Treat party.

 

This year, Evan dressed as Jake, from Disney’s Jake and the Pirates show. Evan’s Mommy did a great job making his costume!

 

Off to church we went.

 

All pirates have swords.

 

This might be bad news.

 

But then, slides get his attention.

 

Obviously, even pirates like slides.

 

Back home, Evan posed for a few more pictures.

 

Evan loves dressing up and he loves having his picture taken.

 

What a smile.

 

Happy Halloween everybody.

Pumpkin Patch Visit

Saturday, we went to Old Baker’s Farm and the Pumpkin Patch.

Evan loved the hay!

 

Especially the really high bales!

 

He was king of the world.

 

And, totally unafraid of being up high.

 

This was about the only time he sat down!

 

Evan did stay in amazement most of the time.

 

He also smiled a lot.

 

Now, this is the kind of horse to ride!

 

Oh I love pumpkins!

 

How’s that for a smile?

 

They even had a tumbling bus!

 

Now, this was fun!

 

The wheels on the bus go round and round…

 

Fall has arrived. This was my Sunday outfit.

 

Well, the jacket didn’t stay on long.

 

At least the pants did!

Sunday Afternoon Fun

On Sunday afternoon, we decided to hang out at a local park.

Evan really loved the bridge.

 

Got to love his smile.

 

I think Evan wanted to climb to the top of the bridge!

 

Oh, guess what we found?

 

Evan loved his frog ride.

 

Daddy and Evan got to ride a lion too.

 

How’s this for fun?

 

Evan even found a turtle to ride!

 

This was so much fun!

And, oh what a view!

What a great way to spend some time away.
