I’m afraid everyone has misunderstand the importance of today. Today is Mother’s Day. My Daddy and I have tried to give Mommy the royal treatment. We’ve taken her out to eat, bought her flowers, and even gave her presents.
But, I don’t understand what the big deal is all about. Shouldn’t today be about me? If it weren’t for me, Mommy wouldn’t have a special day!
We are about to take Mommy to breakfast.
